Corporate Licences For Online Support:

Passport2Parenthood:

The greatest gift for expectant parents is knowledge, support, and preparation. Amidst the excitement of nursery colours, the reality of parenting is often more challenging than anticipated. From sleepless nights to feeding struggles and mental health concerns, this self-paced online course offers invaluable guidance. Broken into short videos and led by experts, it’s tailored for different stages from the second trimester to when the baby is five months old.

Baby2Sleep:

As your parent prepares to return to work, it’s probable their baby still won’t be sleeping well. Research indicates that 62% of parents report their baby’s sleep isn’t sufficient for them to function safely at work until after 18 months. While we don’t anticipate babies to sleep perfectly every night, equipping new parents with evidence-based strategies and support can significantly improve sleep quality amidst these challenges. By doing so, you’ll help them return to work feeling supported, heard, and hopefully experiencing better sleep than before.

Toddler2Child Sleep and Behaviour:

You might assume that once your employee’s child reaches two years old, sleep issues will improve. However, this can be a challenging period for many families. Toddlers begin to assert their independence, leading to bedtime battles and early rising becoming more frequent. Parents may feel overwhelmed, and unsure of the best approach, and if sleep deprivation persists, it can impact their work performance. By offering support and tools to navigate this phase, you can reassure working parents that their experiences are normal and equip them to manage this challenging period effectively.

Courses can be purchased for as little as £20 per licence for orders consisting of over 150 licences..

  • 1 £59
  • 2-5 £49
  • 6-20 £39
  • 21-150 £29
  • 151 + £20

Nicole was our guest speaker for a virtual webinar event hosted by the
John Lewis Partnership for the Working Parents Network. Her
presentation focused on the important topic of parental sleep
deprivation. Nicole's engaging and knowledgeable delivery kept our
audience captivated throughout the hour-long session. She shared her
personal experiences and provided valuable guidance and support to
our attendees.

Rebecca CandyChange Manager at John Lewis Partnership

Yesterday the John Lewis Partnership Working Parents Network hosted an
event on a very important topic- Parental Sleep Deprivation. We were joined
by our fabulous guest Nicole Ratcliffe Sleep Specialist who spoke to us about
ways to improve sleep for both parents and their children.

The session was informative, engaging and interactive, and Nicole left us with
lots of great takeaways to consider going forward.

The stand out topics for me where signs of sleep deprivation and
understanding more about the science behind sleep.

As someone who doesn’t sleep well at all this session really made me realise
how much your body needs good quality sleep and the impact on your life
and health long term if you don’t get it.

Thanks for working with Rebecca and I, Nicole.

Leanne ChalmersSupporting the Partnership Diversity & Inclusion Team to achieve their D&I strategy

Nicole worked with some our colleagues at Atlanta, delivering her online courses and bespoke coaching calls to provide support to some of our parents and carers who have been struggling with the effects of sleep deprivation. The feedback we got from people after completing Nicole's courses was phenomenal! Problems with sleep can impact our colleagues massively, some were really struggling with productivity and concentration, as well as mental health issues. After working with Nicole we've had feedback from colleagues that their child's sleep has been revolutionised, and that understanding their child's behaviours has really helped them to take charge of their sleep journey. It's helped in conversations with managers, and has helped us as a business to explore how we can further support our people. I'd recommend anyone who looks after workplace wellbeing or DEI family support to speak to Nicole, and see how she can help your business and your colleagues.
